ProGask

Polyurethane gaskets

For those looking for more than just a gasket, which seals and protects from any external conditions.

Excellent compressive strength

Forniamo il prodotto poliuretanico che, una volta applicato tramite un impianto con tecnologia FIPFG (Formed In Place Foam Gasket), consente ai nostri clienti di creare guarnizioni in schiuma direttamente sulla superficie desiderata.

The main advantages of this system are two: there are no joints and the gasket adheres firmly to the surface.

Engineered to Last

ProGask is the result of a dedicated research and development process focused on a clear and measurable objective: minimizing water absorption in polyurethane gaskets.

This is not about simple surface water repellency, but about an optimized formulation that ensures water absorption below 0.5% by mass. A concrete, verifiable value that translates into greater long-term stability, improved sealing performance, and the preservation of mechanical properties even in high-humidity environments.

Thanks to the combined expertise of chemists and engineers, ProGask provides a reliable solution for applications where water exposure or condensation is a critical factor.

Measurable performance. Long-term reliability.
That is the difference between a standard gasket and one engineered to last.

Surfaces
ProGask can be applied to single or serial panels and is compatible with all surface types: flat, hollow, curved, linear, or corrugated, regardless of thickness or height.
ProGask can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Automated systems for polyurethane gaskets

PROGASK gaskets are soft and elastic; they deform under compression and feature excellent shape recovery when at rest.

ProGask is non-toxic and anallergic!

Components

The gasket consists of two parts: a prepolymer and a mixture of polyols and additives. Their reaction at room temperature creates a non-toxic, hypoallergenic polyurethane gasket.

ProGask resists extreme cold down to -20°, Europoliuretani
ProGask resiste al Caldo Estremo fino a 70°, Europoliuretani
