Compact, easy to use and accurate dosing and application which will amaze you when working with it on a daily basis.
It consists of a carbon steel frame fitted with the pumping system, the chemical drum and the electrical panel. The pumping system takes the chemical from the packaging and conveys the fluid to the dispenser.
The key elements for excellent industrial bonding are the chemical reaction of the components and the homogeneous application of the product—something only an adhesive dispenser can guarantee.

The Process
1. Initial preparation
Connection to the power supply (240V) and compressed air (6-8 bar).
Loading of the 50 or 200 kg drum of polyurethane adhesive.
The system automatically heats the pipes, ensuring the correct glue viscosity even in cold environments.
2. Activation and adjustment
Using the digital panel, the operator sets:
The desired flow rate (in grams per minute) by adjusting the motor/pump speed via the inverter, and the line temperature via two independent thermostats.
3. Manual dispensing
The operator uses the dispensing gun to apply the glue onto the panel or surface to be bonded.
The disposable comb (or alternatively, the single-bead applicator) ensures precise and uniform application.
4. Spraying to accelerate curing
The system includes an integrated sprayer with a 20-litre tank and aluminium spray gun, which sprays a catalytic liquid onto the glue, accelerating polymerisation.
5. End of process and drum replacement
When the drum is empty, the operator can quickly replace it by lifting the pump and inserting a new container, with no need for tools or disassembly.

Convenience first
Once the work has been completed, the front of the dispenser is instead removed with a simple click: precisely the fact of being easy to detach and remove makes the ‘single-use’ dispenser user-friendly.
Quick and easy drum changeover
As the pumping system needs to be lifted, the machine has been fitted with two compressed air piston columns to easily change the drum.
With a simple start control, the pump is automatically lifted while waiting for the drum changeover and then goes back into place to resume operation.
A special system of gaskets guarantees resistance to humidity to prevent the glue from hardening.
